Upcoming SWPA Convention (2009) Dates and Hotel Information

Mark your calendar for April 2-4, 2009.

The conference sessions will begin at 8:00 a.m. on Thursday, April 2nd, and wrap up by 3:00 on Saturday, April 4th.

Hotel: Sheraton Gunter Hotel on the Riverwalk in San Antonio, Texas

SWPA room rates (for up to 4 people per room): $139.00 per night (plus 6% state tax and 10.75% city tax)

Parking: $22.00 + tax per night (with in and out privileges)

** When you make your reservations, be sure to mention that you will be attending SWPA so that you can get the special SWPA room rates available April 1st through 4th.
** Please make your reservations by March 1st - we need to make our room night quota so that our organization is not charged extra money for the meeting rooms.
