 Bundle option is only available prior to SWPA abstract submission deadline. 
 Abstract rejection does not entitle refund of dues or conference registration.

If you are joining for the first time as a full member AND you have been in the SWPA region for fewer than 3 years, then we offer your first year of membership free. See "Membership Categories" for an explanation and criteria for each membership type.

* A $15 late registration fee will be added to all registrations paid less than three weeks from the dates of the conference.
** Prior to CE registration, you must also pay general convention registration (member or non-member).

If you are unable to pay by credit card, please contact the Secretary/Treasurer about payment by check or money order. SWPA does not accept purchase orders.


Refund Policy

SWPA does not refund membership dues.
Individuals who pre-register for the convention may obtain full or partial refunds of the registration fee.
  • Full refund if requested at least one month before the opening convention day.
  • 50% refund if requested one week to one month before the opening day.
  • No refund if requested less than one week before the convention begins.
