*My application for SWPA membership is based on one of these criteria:
Full Member
  • I am engaged full-time in professional work that is psychological in nature.
  • I am a member of a national or international psychological association or a member of a widely-recognized society of psychologists.
Full Member with Endorsement
  • I am engaged full-time in professional work that is psychological in nature.
  • I have the endorsement of a SWPA member.
  • I possess a Master's degree in psychology from a recognized program plus one year of psychology-related work experience, or I have completed two years of graduate work in recognized psychology graduate program.
Graduate Student Member
  • I am a full-time student enrolled in a recognized psychology program.
  • I have the endorsement of a SWPA member.
  • I am engaged in graduate or postdoctoral work that is psychological in nature.
Undergraduate Student Member
  • I am a full-time student enrolled in a recognized psychology program.
  • I have the endorsement of a SWPA member.
  • I am engaged in undergraduate work that is psychological in nature.
Associate Member
  • I have completed an undergraduate degree in psychology or I am currently employed in a psychology-related field (e.g. high school psychology teacher) but I do not meet the requirements for full or student membership.
