We would like to congratulate our student research competition winners!   Each of the research projects below were judged on both the written abstract submissions (extended length, see competition guidelines on the Submission Instructions page), as well as the actual paper presentation given at the SWPA convention.

Each competition had at least five submissions, with the top five given presentation honors at the SWPA convention. The top three presentations of the five given at the convention are recognized with monetary awards as well as certificates.   Awards are announced at the SWPA business meeting at the convention. Recently we have also been able to award travel stipends to our finalists who haven't placed in the top three.

You can also view previous convention winners (2010, 2009, 2008, 2007, 2006, 2005), (more to come as we gather archival data)
